DOG Tricks

List of Attribute Abilities

These tricks replace the standard Bone Count on a specific Attribute and are activated when that Attribute is used for Attack or Defense. The Dog Tricks are only used on Cards with a Bone Count of less than 50. This way the strength of all cards is balanced out for proper gameplay.

Only used in Beta and Alpha Mode. When playing in Omega Mode, Bone Count always just equals 4.

Equalizer Defense

Same Bone Count as Attacker

When defending, use the Attacker's Attack Bone count as your own Defense Bone count for the round.

2. Imposter Attack + Defense

Use any other card (same Attribute) in your Hand

Use any other Pup Card in your Hand for the Bone Count from that card's corresponding row instead. If you have no other card, you may take one from your Discard Pile or just use 3 Bones instead.

3. Trickster Attack + Defense

Name any other Attribute from the same category

Use any other row from the same category for the Bone count instead.

4. Whatever Defense

Put 3 rows at Bone Count 0

This Attribute's Bone Count is 0 for everyone. You also lower 2 other attributes of your choice to 0. The opponent may choose another Attribute to try a different attack.

5. Ignore Defense

Only Counter-Attack/-Defense Bones count now

Ignore the Bone Counts of the Attacker. Bone Total is only built by Counterattack/defense bone count.

6. Dom Defense

Take control and force Attacker to use a potentially weaker row

Tell the Attacker to change their chosen category (from GEAR to KINKS or vice-versa), choosing only from the upper part or lower part (at your choice) in the new category for their attack.

7. Vers Attack + Defense

Take any from whatever side

The Attribute gets redirected to any other Attribute on the left/right or directly above/below this Attribute. You can use that Bone Count instead (for defense or attack)

8. Gag Defense

Gagged at Counterdefense

Your defense Bone Count is 0, but also the Counterdefense Bone Count of your opponent will be 0.

9. Caught Defense

The horniest ones need to go to horny jail

Your defense Bone Count = 3. If you got attacked with a 5+ bone count on this Attribute, the attackers card immediately has to go to horny jail (attacker restarts the round with remaining cards; you have to stick with this card for the new attack)

10. Headspace Defense

you can take it all (and more)

You can use the Attackers Bone Count +1 on Defense.
